105 Bally’s Las Vegas has announced that it will reopen its poker room on Friday. For more information on poker room reopenings, visit our Reopen webpage. The Bally’s brand is famous with poker-industry professionals as a provider of software and technology to gaming companies all over the world. With a history of being at the leading edge of the poker business, it is not surprising that Bally’s Las Vegas provides one of the most advanced poker rooms in the country. The poker room is quite luxurious and modern, whereas Bally’s is the opposite. Top players also enjoy the juicy higher stakes games offered at Wynn, but the casino also has plenty of lower stakes games available 24/7.

Bally's Poker Room is located near the front of the casino and runs 24/7, spreading bigger stakes cash games on player demand. Ballys offers a Mega Beat Progressive Poker Jackpot and a '20 for 20'. Bally’s spreads a 14-table poker room. It is located beyond the table game pit on the casino level. The poker room at Bally’s Las Vegas is not a destination one. However, it provides a good experience for casual players looking for a fun night of poker.

The World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event isn’t the only game in Las Vegas this month as Bally’s, an official WSOP satellite location, will host the “Main Event Mania” series from December 10-January 3.

The series will kick off with three days of $580, $1,100, and $2,175 Mega Satellites into the 2020 WSOP Main Event on WSOP.com, which will take place on Sunday, December 13. Following the satellites, there will be 32 official events, each awarding their respective winners with a coveted trophy.

In addition to a full slate of no-limit hold’em tournaments, there will also be several other variants including pot-limit Omaha, HORSE, Omaha Hi/Lo, Big O, Triple Stud, Dealer’s Choice, and a nine-game mix.

On Wednesday, December 30 there will be a $2,200 High Roller at 4 p.m., while the series will culminate with a $1,500 buy-in Main Event, which will be live reported on PokerNews. That tournament will hold starting flights at 11 a.m. on Friday, January 1 and Saturday, January 2. The surviving players will then return on Sunday, January 3 to play down to a final table, then down to a winner on Monday, January 4..

Player of the Series

Throughout the festival, players can earn points toward a “Player of the Series” leaderboard, which will utilize the same point system as each WSOP Circuit stop. The winner of that leaderboard will not only earn bragging rights, they’ll also receive a $10,000 seat into the 2021 WSOP Main Event.
